Q1: When I do a query in the "Case Query" page, I receive the error "ACCESS DENIED; USER NOT AUTHORIZED FOR CASE QUERY". How do I become authorized to use this function?
A1: If you get this error, your FHA Connection Application Coordinator has not set the Case Query authorization on your FHA Connection user ID. Please contact your FHA Connection Application Coordinator and request that they set the Case Query authorization on your FHA Connection user ID. If you do not know who that person is, please refer to the question "I do not know who my FHA Connection Application Coordinator is. How can I find out who that is and how to contact them?" in the General Questions section of the Frequently Asked Questions.
Q2: When I do a query in the "Case Query" page, I receive the error "ENTER CASE NUMBER OR ADDRESS OR NAME OR SSN". Why is this error occurring?
A2: This error occurs when you enter too much information. Please do a query on one of the criteria at a given time: FHA Case Number, Address, Name, or SSN/TIN. When a query is done on the Address, Name, or SSN/TIN you must select the field office to perform the query in.
