* Appraiser Roster Application and Upload Instructions *
 
To complete processing for your request to be added to FHA's Appraiser Roster, you must provide an electronic version of the application (Application for Roster Personnel Designation, Form HUD-92563-A) and each state issued appraisal credential. All documents must be Portable Document Format (PDF) files. The following steps are required to submit your application.

1. Complete the online fillable Appraiser Roster Application
Complete all required areas of the online fillable Appraiser Roster Application and all the below steps for the application process before the final submission to FHA.
2 Appraisal Credentials
Under the section * Credential Information *
  1. Select the Type and State for your credential.
  2. Type your state-issued credential number exactly as it appears on ASC Appraiser Registry.
  3. Enter the Expiration Date of your current state-issued appraiser credential..
3 Verify all information provided on your application is complete and accurate.
4 Carefully read the certifications under the section *Appraiser Certifications*.
5 Electronically sign the online fillable FHA Roster Application
In the Acceptance and Signature block, type in your name exactly as it appears on the ASC Appraiser Registry and within your Personal Information on this application.

By electronically signing this fillable application, you understand your signature will be placed on the PDF copy of the HUD Form 92563-A.



Placement of your signature here and on the PDF copy of HUD Form 92563-A certifies you agree to the following:

I acknowledge and agree that my electronic signature has the same legal effect and validity as my written signature and that the resulting PDF of the HUD-92563-A is valid and will be given the same legal effect as a written and signed HUD-92563-A. I may retain a copy of the completed and binding HUD-92563-A by printing the completed PDF from this online application portal for my records.

7 Verify the HUD Form 92563-A.
Review the completed HUD Form 92563-A PDF for accuracy before submitting it to FHA.

8 Upload a PDF copy of your current state-issued appraiser credentials for all states in which you are applying to perform FHA Appraisals
  • Select Upload Files. Use the Browse Button to locate the file(s) you wish to upload.
  • Attach the file.
Complete this step for each credential.
9 Ensure that all the required state-issued credentials are uploaded.
10 Submit your HUD-92563-A Application for Roster Personnel Designation to FHA.
If everything is correct, click to submit your application to FHA.
