Rejected 08-12-2021 Submission included original HUD 9992 Questionnaire which has expired. Effective May 17, 2021, submission must include revised (HUD-9992 Questionnaire Form 1/21). Provide copy of Rules and Regulations identified in Declarations. Submission included Budget for December 31, 2011. All submissions must include current year annual Budget. Bylaws Section 2 indicates Approval for Application of a Unit to be leased. The Condominium Association may not require that a prospective tenant be approved by the Condominium Association and or its agents including but not limited to meeting creditworthiness standards. A FEMA Map received was unclear. Provide legible FEMA Map identifying project location. Insurance certificatereceived however Property Coverage was missing. The Condominium Association must have a master or blanket Hazard Insurance policy in place for the entire Condominium Project. |
