Still Missing a signed and completed Form HUD-9992 See Mortgagee Letter 202109 All fields/questions must be addressed. The 9992 provided with your original submission is the outdated version The 2021 and 2020 Income and Expense Statements provided for the project indicates a losses for both years. Explanations were provided however, no steps taken to cure were provided and Missing evidence of HOA Insurance Fidelity Bond. The COI Certificate of Insurance identifying the coverage amounts and expiration dates for each required insurance type will suffice. The insurance provided must state 100% Replacement Cost or specifically indicate which buildingsunits are covered under the policy being submitted for review. The Acord provided with yourreconsideration package is missing the Fidelity Bond information on page 2. |
