Project currently does not meet 50% Owner-occupancy restrictions found in ML 2016-15. Financial documents (see Section 2.1.6) must provide for funding of replacement reserves for capital expenditures and deferred maintenance in an account representing at least 20 percent of the budget: and Three years of acceptable financial documents (see Section 2.1.6) must be provided. 1. Provide YTD Income and expense report for 2018 with actuals. Must show 6 month history of maintaining 20% reserve fund transfer.Provide 2017 12-month history income and expense report with actuals. Provide explanation for line item 5710 and 5720. Project reflects an Arrears, provide explanation with supporting documentation. Additional conditions may apply.
