FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration
Processing

Complete and submit the FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration form as follows:

In the Application Type field, click the radio button next to Coordinator if you are applying as an Application Coordinator.

Click the radio button next to Standard User, if you are applying as a Standard User.
Type your name and Social Security Number, telephone number, and e-mail address in the fields provided.
Type an 8-character password in the Password field. The password is case sensitive and must include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g., !@#$^&*%). Here is an example: Me#1User.
Type the password again in the Re-enter Password for Verification field.

Note: The password will not be disclosed, so make sure you remember it.
Type the last name of your mother, before marriage, in the Mother's Maiden Name field.
Type the ten-character identifier assigned to your organization in the Organization ID field. Do not enter any hyphens or spaces.
Click Send. Continue to Reviewing Processing Results.

Reviewing Processing Results

After clicking Send on the FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration form, you are notified if processing was successfully completed or if there are errors that need to be corrected before processing can be completed.

Processing Was Successful

If there are no errors:

• For an Application Coordinator, the FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration Results page appears. A Message field at the top of the page states: Application Coordinator Registration Accepted for Further Processing.

• For a Standard User, the FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration Results page appears. A Message field at the top of the page states: Standard User Registration Accepted for Further Processing.

Processing Was Unsuccessful

If there is an error, one of the following occurs:

• An error message box appears. Click OK to clear the message. Make the correction and process again.

•
For an Application Coordinator, the FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration Results page appears. A Message field at the top of the page states: Application Coordinator Registration Not Processed Due to Error(s).
-or-
For a Standard User, the FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration Results page appears. A Message field at the top of the page states: Standard User Registration Not Processed Due to Error(s).
An Error(s) Detected field at the bottom of the page explains the error(s). Click Previous to return to the FHA Subsidiary Ledger Registration page and make the correction(s). Information in the Password and Re-enter Password fields must be reentered as well.
