HECM Reports HECM Reports are available using your authorized Servicer ID. You can choose to retrieve from one of three report files compiled approximately two weeks prior to the current date. Files may be viewed on screen or downloaded to your computer system. The reports are downloaded in a compressed (zipped) format. Please refer to the detailed online help available on the HECM Reports page for specific instructions on downloading, unzipping the file, and formatting.
