The Lender Insurance Contact page is used to view, add, or update contact information for a lender participating in HUD's Lender Insurance (LI) program. Contact information is required when applying for the LI program; it is used by HUD Homeownership Center (HOC) personnel to contact an LI lender regarding the processing of cases (loans) for FHA Insurance. Personnel specified as contacts are sent an e-mail notification when a case binder or electronic case binder is requested.
The Lender Insurance Contact information is maintained by the lender's FHA Connection Application Coordinator and is accessed from the Lender Functions menu.
