Case options include a sort using the Refinance - Negative Equity category. Output results include a case level Refinance - Negative Equity Indicator. Data is limited to 5 years prior to the end date displayed in the options Date Range selection window.

Early Warnings Output Options was updated to automatically populate Credit Watch drill down options for All Lenders/Direct Endorsement Lenders by Area. The 'Analysis' data link on the Area level output report was updated to include information on Served/Underserved Tracts, institution performance and Area performance for four quarters. In addition, links to the Lender Summary and Default Cases were added.

The Frequently Asked Questions in the Help/About module was updated to include instructions for lenders to evaluate their performance as a Direct Endorsement lender. HUD recently issued Mortgagee Letter 10-03 to advise lenders that it will use its regulatory authority to terminate a mortgagee's authorization to underwrite single family loans in geographic areas where the lender has a high rate of early defaults and claims.

The Lender Summary report displays, by peer group, Direct Endorsement Lenders with the highest and lowest 'seriously delinquent loan and claim' compare ratio. The Report is available only to select Office of Lender Activities and HQ Quality Assurance Division staff. The report is updated monthly.

Analysis - Lender Targeting analysis active non-supervised, supervised, government or investor mortgagees performance of total loans underwritten within the past year and total servicing portfolio as of the end of the reporting period. The display includes an evaluation of performance compared nationally and to lender peer groups. Each risk factor displayed also includes 'highlights' for those results that meet defined criteria.
