Full or partial name of the nonprofit agency.

Authorizations Nonprofit agency's FHA authorization. Authorizations include:
FHA Borrower - Nonprofit agency authorized to finance FHA-insured mortgages on the same terms and conditions as an owner-occupant.
REO - Nonprofit agency authorized to purchase HUD Real Estate Owned (REO) homes at a discount prior to public offering.
Secondary Financing - Nonprofit agency authorized to provide secondary financing to borrowers originating FHA-insured mortgages.
Home Ownership Center HUD Homeownership Center that serves the geographical location of the nonprofit agency (Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia, Santa Ana, or All HOCs).
Participating State State(s) in which the nonprofit agency is authorized to participate in FHA/HUD activities.
City Name Name of the city in which the nonprofit agency is located.
