The ADP code identifies the insuring section of the National Housing Act, the FHA insurance fund, and whether upfront mortgage insurance is required for the case. Prior to entering case information to establish a new case, you can use ADP Code Selection (see Site Map: FHA Approval Lists) to enter the below listed information and determine the potential ADP codes for a case. This may facilitate the data entry process during Case Number Assignment and the subsequent selection of the proper ADP code at that time using the ADP Code Selector (see Tips for Entering Key Information).
