The ADP Code cannot be changed to a code designated for a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) case if the case was not initially established as such (or vice versa). Contact the FHA Resource Center at 800-CALLFHA (800-225-5342) for assistance in canceling the case. Then, use Case Number Assignment to re-enter the case using the appropriate ADP code. The case must be reprocessed with the new ADP code information.
