Property Flipping Exemptions
 

 

An exemption to HUD's property flipping rules may be granted if:

 
 
the case number is assigned on or after September 15, 2015,  
 
the acquisition is a Purchase case, and  
 
one of the HUD-accepted exemptions apply to the case (listed below)  
 


When completing Appraisal Logging, select the reason for the property flipping exemption provided in the Flipping Exemption/Applicability Reason drop-down list.
