No Records Found
If no appraiser(s) are located based on your search criteria, the Appraisers page displays with an Error message indicating no records were found. Edit your search criteria on the error page and click Send to search again. (Note: Only active appraisers on the FHA Appraiser Roster will be returned.)
A search frequently fails because:

License number entered does not match the number as it appears in HUD's database. (Note: This error can be minimized by entering a partial license number, always beginning with the two-character state code.) |

Last Name is entered differently from the way it appears in HUD's database. (Note: This error can be minimized by entering a partial last name.) |

|
First Name is entered without entering Last Name search criteria. (Note: This error can be eliminated by entering both a full or partial First Name and Last Name, or not entering First Name search criteria at all.) |

|
Ethnicity, Race, and/or Gender specified do not relate to the appraisers that would otherwise satisfy the other search criteria entered. (Note: This error can be avoided by selecting the most inclusive of selections, e.g., select All Genders as the Gender.) |
