The Homeownership Center (HOC) completed the review and rejected the case; an FHA case number is not assigned.

 
 
Select the case to link to the Case Number Assignment page for more information. Review the Warnings and/or Errors at the top and bottom of the page and the Lender Notes section for additional information or instructions from the HOC.  
 
Make any required corrections and resubmit again for processing, and/or contact the FHA Resource Center at 800-CALLFHA (800-225-5342) for assistance.
