Record the case number for future use. | ||
|
|
If the case number is misplaced, use Case Query to retrieve the case number based on the property address. | ||
|

Following HOC approval, the case remains in Holds Tracking pending overnight borrower validation against federal government records. Processing can continue, however, you must check Holds Tracking (or Case Query) within one to two business days to determine if the borrower(s) passed or failed validation. See Holds Statuses and What To Do. | ||
