Condominium Reviewer Record Not Yet Established
  
 

Before establishing a condominium reviewer in HUD's system of record, you should first perform a search using the Condominium Reviewer Registry page to determine if a record already exists for the reviewer. When requesting the Condominium Reviewer Registry List, you can use the partial search option for the Last Name field and select Both as the Status, to help you locate a possible record.

If no record is found, click Download Report to Excel File Button to begin the process of entering the condominium reviewer's information. Upon processing the information, if there are no errors, the individual is issued a condominium reviewer ID and may begin to review/approve condominium projects for the Direct Endorsement Lender Review and Approval Process (DELRAP) condominium approval method.

However, if the reviewer is located in HUD's records (see below),


 
 
check the entered Social Security Number (SSN) and if incorrect, then make any necessary changes and continue processing, or  
 
   
 
if the SSN is correct, the employee may be associated with another lender and an employer transfer is necessary. Authorized users may use the Condominium Reviewer Registry - Employer Transfer function located on the Condominium Functions page of the FHA Connection to transfer an employee's record.
