If no HECM counselor(s) are located based on your entered search criteria, the HECM Counselors page displays with a message indicating no records were found. Edit your search criteria and click Send to search again.
A search frequently fails because:

A Last Name is entered differently from the way it appears in HUD's database. (Note: This error can be minimized by entering a partial HECM counselor's last name.) |

Some search information is misspelled or incorrect. |

The Roster Status or Validated by Agency does not relate to the HECM counselor(s) that would otherwise satisfy the other search criteria entered. (Note: This error can be avoided by using the most inclusive selection for both of these fields, i.e., Both.) |
