ADP Code Selector
  
 

The ADP code identifies the following: insuring section of the National Housing Act, FHA insurance fund, and whether upfront mortgage insurance is required.

 
 
The ADP Code lookup Search/look up user aid icon displays the ADP Code Selector page. Make the appropriate selections in the fields displayed on the ADP Code Selector to identify loan characteristics for the case. The ADP codes that match your selections are listed.

  Select the appropriate ADP code and click Send. The selected ADP code is placed in the ADP Code field and the ADP Code Characteristics are displayed (criteria that was used to select the ADP code).  
  Note: The ADP code cannot be changed to a code designated for a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) case if the case was not initially established as such (or vice versa). Contact the FHA Resource Center at 800-CALLFHA (800-225-5342) for assistance in canceling the case and then use Case Number Assignment to re-enter the case using the appropriate ADP code. The case must be reprocessed with the new ADP code information.
