Details about the borrower(s) are initially recorded on the Validate Borrower/Address for Case Number Assignment page.  
 
To complete and/or update recorded borrower information, use:  
 
HECM Insurance Application (see Tips for Changing Borrower Information), or

Borrower/Address Change (see WINK, Updating Case Information, How?).

 
 
Note: Changes to borrower identification information (i.e., borrower (includes coborrower or non-borrowing spouse) name, birth date, and/or Social Security Number (SSN)) require overnight validation. You can check Holds Tracking the next business day to determine if borrower(s) passed or failed validation. (See Wink, Holds Tracking.)
 
 
Borrower information must successfully pass validation before endorsement.
