Enter the month and year the repairs will be completed in the Repair Complete Date field. The Repair Complete Date must be within one year of the Closing/Disbursement Date. | ||

Enter the amount to be held in escrow in the Repair Amount field. Get the information from the Repair Rider to the Loan Agreement. | ||
