Borrower Validation Status in Holds Tracking
  
 

If one or more borrowers or the non-borrowing spouse(s) fail the overnight validation, the case is listed in Holds Tracking with the following status:

  
 
Failed Borrower Validation: One or more borrowers (or non-borrowing spouse(s)) failed validation (i.e., name, Social Security Number, and birth date combination was not valid for one or more borrowers). See Hold Statuses and What to Do.
  
 
A case that successfully passes borrower validation does not appear in Holds Tracking. To further verify the status of a case, use Case Query. A message at the top of the Case Query Results page indicates that the borrower passed validation. Borrower information is revalidated if any subsequent changes are made to name, Social Security Number, and/or birth date.
