Case Binder Request Notification

 
 

When a case binder is requested, an e-mail notification is sent to the lender using the contact information provided by the lender's Application Coordinator using Lender Insurance Contact. (Lender Insurance Contact can be accessed via the Lender Functions menu or through the Lender Insurance Acknowledgment link on the FHA Connection ID Administration Request page or Lender Functions menu.)

Requested binders must be submitted to the appropriate Homeownership Center (HOC) within 10 business days of the request.
