Electronic Case Binder Additions

 

 

If needed, HUD personnel may request additional or revised documentation for an eCB submitted by an LI lender. When a request is made for additional documentation for an eCB, an e-mail notification is sent to the lender using the contact information provided by the Application Coordinator via Lender Insurance Contact. The lender must submit the documentation within 10 business days of the request.

Using Electronic Binder Additions Upload, LI lenders can submit documentation for the same case as many times as needed during the same day. Uploaded documentation is appended to the end of the electronic case binder.
