Case Binder Requested if Case Selected for Review

If a case is successfully endorsed by an LI lender and is selected for post-endorsement technical review (PETR) or appraiser review, FHA requires a case binder. When a case binder is requested, an e-mail notification is sent to the lender using the contact information provided by the lender's Application Coordinator using Lender Insurance Contact. (Lender Insurance Contact can be accessed by the Application Coordinator via the Lender Functions menu.) The Insurance Application Results page also indicates that the HOC has requested a binder (sample message below). |
