Mortgage Amount (without financed UFMIP): Amount entered should not include UFMIP. | ||
|
|
Mortgage Amount (with financed UFMIP): Include upfront MIP if contained in the mortgage. | ||
|
|
UFMIP Paid in Cash: If part of the upfront MIP is paid in cash, enter this amount and indicate UFMIP Financed = Yes. If all of the upfront MIP is paid in cash, do not enter this amount and indicate UFMIP Financed = No. | ||
|
|
UFMIP Financed: Select Yes if all or part of the upfront MIP is included in the mortgage. | ||
