Property Is Resold within 90 Days


If a property is resold within 90 days of acquisition, the Appraisal Logging Results page displays the message: PROPERTY SUBJECT TO 90 DAY FLIPPING RULE. No further case processing is permitted unless the case qualifies for a property flipping exemption (see WINK: Appraisal Logging, What is HUD Doing about Property Flipping?).



  Note: The 90-day flipping rule is not applicable to foreclosed properties resold within 90 days.
