When a lender submits two Case Number Assignment requests for the same case, the Homeownership Center (HOC) provides the case number assigned with the initial request: |

Select the held case in the Holds Tracking List to link to the Case Number Assignment page. Click See Lender Notes to display the previously issued case number. | ||
|
|
Record the case number and use Case Query to view the case information. | ||
|
