Unavailable Refinance Authorization Information

 
 

When a case number is requested for a refinance of a prior FHA loan, prior case information must be verified and a Refinance Authorization Number issued. If the system is unable to issue the Refinance Authorization Number at that time, all case information is saved and automatically processed, including assignment of the case number, once the system can access the necessary refinance information.
