Secondary Financing Source of Funds - Federal Government
 
 

After entering the secondary financing amount and selecting the source and purpose of the secondary financing funds, enter the following information on the Secondary Financing Update page:

 
 
HUD Lender ID: Type the first five digits of the 10-digit FHA ID of the lender providing the secondary financing. The lender's name is displayed upon successfully processing the page.
-or-
Source EIN: Type the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the institution providing the secondary financing.
Source Name: Type the name of the institution associated with the Source EIN if previously entered.
 
 
Did the secondary financing legal documents close in the name of a nonprofit?: Yes or No must be selected from the drop-down list.  
 
If yes, then enter the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the nonprofit agency in the Nonprofit EIN field (cannot be the same as the Source EIN if entered). The nonprofit agency's name is displayed upon successfully processing the page.  
 
If no, then do not enter any information in the Nonprofit EIN field.
