Secondary Financing Source of Funds - Lender
  
 

After entering the secondary financing amount and selecting the source and purpose of the secondary financing funds, enter the following information on the Secondary Financing Update page:

 
 
HUD Lender ID: Type the first five digits of the lender's 10-digit FHA ID providing the secondary financing. The lender's name is displayed upon successfully processing the page.

Source of EIN: Type the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the institution.
Source Name: Type the name of the institution assoicated with the Source EIN previously entered.		  
 
Did the secondary financing legal documents close in the name of a nonprofit?: N/A (default entry) must be indicated.
