What I Need to Know . . .

	Secondary Financing Source of Funds - Nonprofit Agency (Not an Instrumentality of Government)

	After entering the secondary financing amount and selecting the source and purpose of the secondary financing funds, enter the following information on the Secondary Financing Update page:
		Source EIN: Type the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the nonprofit agency. The nonprofit agency's name is displayed upon successfully processing the page.
		Did the secondary financing legal documents close in the name of a nonprofit?: Yes or No must be selected from the drop-down list.
		If yes, then enter the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the nonprofit agency in the Nonprofit EIN field (can be the same as or different than the Source EIN previously entered on the page). The nonprofit agency's name is displayed upon successfully processing the page.
		If no, then do not enter any information in the Nonprofit EIN field.
	No further information should be entered for this secondary financing source. Click the Another Secondary Financing link to enter an additional secondary financing source if needed.
