What I Need to Know . . .

	Secondary Financing Source of Funds - Nonprofit Agency (Instrumentality of Government)

	After entering the secondary financing amount and selecting the source and purpose of the secondary financing funds, enter the following information on the Secondary Financing Update page:
		Source EIN: Type the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the nonprofit agency. The agency's name is displayed upon successfully processing the page.
		Did the secondary financing legal documents close in the name of a nonprofit?: Yes or No must be selected from the drop-down list.
		If yes, then enter the Employer Identification Number (EIN) of the nonprofit agency in the Nonprofit EIN field (cannot be the same as the Source EIN). The nonprofit agency's name is displayed upon successfully processing the page.
		If no, then do not enter any information in the Nonprofit EIN field.
	No further information should be entered for this secondary financing source. Click the Another Secondary Financing link to enter an additional secondary financing source if needed.
