Completed - all cases for which Holds Tracking processing is completed and results are available | ||

Case Number Assigned - all held cases for which an FHA case number was assigned | ||

Awaiting HOC Processing - held cases (a) not yet reviewed or completed by the HOC or (b) were reviewed by the HOC, issued an FHA case number, and are pending borrower validation | ||
|
|
Failed Borrower Validation - cases for which one or more borrowers failed validation against federal government records; name, Social Security Number, and birth date combination was not valid. | ||
