A case may not appear in the Holds Tracking List for any of the following reasons: |

The case was removed three business days after case details were retrieved by the lender. | ||
|
|
The case was removed because the case details were not retrieved within five business days. | ||
|
|
Borrower identification information is pending overnight validation against federal government records; results of borrower validation are not available until the next business day. | ||
|
|
The case was not held for HOC processing. | ||
