WINK is an FHA Connection tool designed to assist you in successful Single Family loan origination. These online tutorials are available on several Origination menus (e.g., Case Processing). For helpful tips, fast facts, and troubleshooting aids, click next to the related menu option, e.g., Insurance Application.

In WINK, the first page of a module--the Topics page--provides an organized set of links to all Topics in the module. The Topics page also gives you links to the FHA Connection Site Map and Other Resources (for training). See the Insurance Application Topics page below in Figure 2.

When you click a Topics page link, the selected Information page appears (see Figure 3).

On the right side of the Information page is a Topics panel to use to navigate to other Topics of interest. Also, when there is a reference to another Topic, you can use the Topics panel to find it, e.g., See Upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium (UFMIP) Issues.
