Mailing Address - Processing

To verify the Administrative Contact e-mail address of a lender or home office mailing address of a service bureau, do the following:
  1. On the Mailing Address page, enter the Title I lender's 10-character ID in the Title I Lender ID field.

    -or-

Enter the Title II lender's 10-character ID in the Title II Lender ID field.

    -or-

Enter the service bureau's 5-character ID in the Service Bureau field.

Note: This is the unique ID assigned to the organization when it was approved to participate in Federal Housing Administration (FHA) programs.

  2. Click Send. If processing was successful, the Administrative Contact Results page appears for a lender with a Success message at the top of the page that states: Administrative Contact Query Successfully Completed. For a service bureau, the CEO Mailing Address Results page appears with a Success message at the top of the page that states: CEO Mailing Address Query Successfully Completed. Review the address HUD has on record for your organization. If it is incorrect, see Incorrect Lender E-mail Address or Incorrect Service Bureau Mailing Address.

    -or-

If processing was not successful, the Administrative Contact page appears for a lender with an Error message at the top of the page that states: Administrative Contact Query Not Processed Due to Error(s). For a service bureau, the CEO Mailing Address page appears with an Error message at the top of the page that states: CEO Mailing Address Query Not Processed Due to Error(s). The reason for the error appears in the Error(s) Detected field. If the error is due to an invalid ID, either a typographical error was made or an ID for a Title II lender was typed in the Title I Lender ID field (or vice versa). Click Previous to process again with the correct information.
