The field descriptions for the URS Registration page are provided below.

Field Description
Indicate the type of user you are applying for Indicator specifying whether the applicant is applying as an Application Coordinator or Standard User.
First Name First name of the applicant.
Middle Initial Middle initial of the applicant.
Last Name Surname of the applicant.
Social Security Number Social Security Number of the applicant.
Telephone Number Telephone number of the applicant.
E-mail Address Electronic mail address of the applicant.
Password Six-character password created by the applicant.
Re-enter Password for Verification Repeat of the six-character password entered in the Password field.
Mother's Maiden Name Surname of the applicant's mother before marriage.
Contractor ID Unique ten-character identifier assigned by the FHA to the business entity that employs the applicant.
