Consultant Name

Full name of the 203k consultant (last name, first name, and middle initial).

Consultant ID

FHA's unique five-character identifier for a 203k consultant. The initial character of the ID identifies the Homeownership Center associated with the consultant:

A - Atlanta

D - Denver

P - Philadelphia

S - Santa Ana

Recertification Due Date

Date by which the 203k consultant must be recertified for the FHA 203k Consultant Roster. Additional information may be displayed for an Active 203k consultant as follows:

•	Active (Expired): Current date is less than or equal to 30 days past the recertification due date.
•	Expired: Current date is 31 days or more past the recertification due date. On the 31st day past the due date, the 203k consultant's participation in the FHA 203k Consultant Roster is terminated.

Address

Attention line, street number and name, city, state, and zip code for the 203k consultant's business address.

Phone

Telephone number of the 203k consultant's business.

Termination Date

Date the 203k consultant was terminated/suspended. The date is displayed only while the termination is in force, otherwise n/a is displayed.

Participation State

State in which the consultant(s) included in the list are approved to do business.
