The field descriptions for the Appraisers List page are listed below in the order they appear on the page:

Field Description
Appraiser Roster as of [month day year] Date through which the FHA-approved appraiser statistical information is retrieved.
Name Full name of the FHA-approved appraiser.
CHUMS ID Six-character identifier for the FHA-approved appraiser, generated by HUD's Computerized Homes Underwriting Management System (CHUMS).
License/Expiration Date Identifier for the FHA-approved appraiser; includes the appraiser's state license number preceded by the two-character state code. Example: NY123456. Alternatively, a six-character identifier with a CH prefix provided by HUD's origination system for an FHA-approved appraiser with unavailable state license information. The date, mm/dd/yyyy, and an FHA-certification expired notation appears below the license number. Note: A 30-day grace period exists following the expiration date in which an appraiser with an expired license can still be assigned during Case Number Assignment.
Address Full business address for the FHA-approved appraiser.
Gender Gender category (Male/Female) of the FHA-approved appraiser.
Ethnicity Ethnicity of the FHA-approved appraiser, i.e., Hispanic or Not Hispanic.
Race Declared race category of the FHA-approved appraiser, i.e., American Indian, Asian, Black, Native Hawaiian, White, Multiple.
Phone Business area code and phone number for the FHA-approved appraiser.
Ineligible due to sanction Yes indicates the appraiser is presently ineligible/unauthorized to complete FHA appraisals due to civil, criminal, or debarment restrictions.
No indicates the appraiser is eligible/authorized to complete FHA appraisals.
Termination Date

Date, mm/dd/yyyy, the appraiser's FHA-approval was terminated/suspended. The date displays only while the termination is in force. When the appraiser is not terminated, n/a displays.

Exam Pass Date Most recent date the appraiser completed and passed the FHA/HUD test on appraisal methods and reporting.
AQB Indicator Appraiser Qualification Board (AQB) status for the appraiser:
Yes: AQB licensing/certification requirements are fulfilled.
No: AQB licensing/certification requirements are not fulfilled.
Unknown: AQB licensing/certification information is not available.
Other: AQB licensing/certification requirements are pending.
