Targeted appraiser must respond within 21-30 days from the date the notification letter is sent. Data Manager uses Appeal & Sanctioning to record the response of a targeted appraiser. If an appeal hearing is requested, the Appeal Scheduler uses Appeal & Sanctioning to schedule the hearing.
