| Sorted By | Specifies the order in which the list results display. Sort order is numerical, 0-99999 or alphabetical, A-Z . |
| Lender Name | Full or partial name of the lending instituition for which the report is requested |
| Lender City | Full or partial name of the city for which the report is requested. |
| State | State for which the report is requested. |
Errors
If there is an error that needs to be corrected, a Message field and a corresponding Error(s) Detected field appear on the Appraiser Selection by Lender page. These fields provide information about correcting the error.
