Appraiser Selection by Lender Results - Field Descriptions

The field descriptions for the Appraiser Selection by Lender Results page are listed below in the order they appear on the page:

Field	Description
Appraisals completed between [mm/dd/yyyy and mm/dd/yyyy]	First and last date of the quarter for which completed FHA appraisal statistical information is reported.
Appraiser Roster as of [month day year]	Date through which the FHA-approved appraiser statistical information is reported.
Lender Name/Address	Name and address of the FHA lender.
Minority	FHA appraisers registered as Black Non-Hispanic, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, Hispanic, Hispanic Black, or Asian Indian American.
Non-Minority	FHA appraisers registered as White Non-Hispanic.
Total	Total number and percentage of all appraisals completed for the corresponding lender by the specified gender/race grouping during the reported period.
State [abbr.]	Abbreviation for the state in which the appraisals were performed.
Appraisals	Count of all appraisals completed for the corresponding lender by the specified race/gender grouping during the reported quarter. Example: Total number of appraisals completed for the lender by FHA-registered minority female appraisers during the reported quarter.
% of Appraisals	Percentage of all appraisers selected by the lender during the reported quarter for the specified race/gender grouping. Example: Percent of FHA-registered who have performed appraisals for the lender who are minority females..
% of State Roster	Percentage of appraisers listed on the state roster within the specified race/gender group. This number can be used as a guide to lenders as to the recommended percentage to strive for (in their state) when selecting appraisers from the race/gender grouping. Example: If the % of Appraisals for Females under the Minority grouping is 35.5 and the % of State Roster for the same category, is 24.5, the lender has exceeded the percent of female minority appraisers recommended for selection in that state.
Female	Appraisals completed by female FHA-registered appraisers for the corresponding lender during the reported quarter.
Male	Appraisals completed by male FHA-registered appraisers for the corresponding lender during the reported quarter.
Total	Total number and percentage of all appraisals completed for the corresponding lender by the specified gender/race grouping during the reported period.
