| Condo Project ID | Seven-character identifier assigned to the condominium project by the FHA. The first character distinguishes the HUD Homeownership Center (HOC) jurisdiction: A=Atlanta, D=Denver, P=Philadelphia, and S=Santa Ana. |
| Condo Legal Name | Name under which the condominium project was incorporated. |
| Jurisdictional HOC | HUD Homeownership Center (HOC) jurisdiction in which the condominium project is located: Atlanta, Denver, Philadelphia, or Santa Ana. |
| [Status and date] | Current status of the condominium project and the date the status became effective. |
| Street Address | Legal street address of the condominium project. |
| Lot | Four-character Identifier for the property's lot. Note: Only applicable to a condominium project with a Construction Code of Proposed Construction or Under Construction. |
| Block | Three-character identifier for the property's block. Note: Only applicable to a condominium project with a Construction Code of Proposed Construction or Under Construction. |
| Plat | Two-character identifier for the property's plat. Note: Only applicable to a condominium project with a Construction Code of Proposed Construction or Under Construction. |
| City | City in which the condominium project is located. |
| State | State in which condominium project is located. |
| Zip Code | Zip code for the geographic location of the condominium project. |
| County Code | Number code and name of the county in which the condominium project is located. |
