Case Number Prefixes - Processing

The Case Number Prefixes page allows you to choose the way that your case number prefix list is sorted.

• By State/Territory
• By Case Number Prefix
• By Field Office Name
• By Field Office Code

Lists sorted by State/Territory or Field Office Name display in alphabetic order (A-Z). Lists sorted by Case Number Prefix or Field Office Code display in numeric order (0-9).

1. On the Case Number Prefixes page, specify the order of your results. Only one choice may be selected per listing.
   
   Note: To change a selection, simply choose a different sort order button or click on the Reset button and then make a new selection.
   
   
2. Click on Send. The Case Number Prefixes List page displays in the order you specified.

3. Jump to a specific section using the links provided or use the scroll bar to navigate through all prefixes.

Getting a Different List

To display the list in a different order, return to the Case Number Prefixes request page by clicking on the Previous button (located at the bottom of the list page).
