| Last Name | Full or partial last name of the HECM counselor(s) for which the list is requested. |
| City | Full or partial city name in which the requested HECM counselors are employed by FHA-approved housing counseling agencies. |
| State |
State(s) in which the requested HECM counselors are employed by FHA-approved housing counseling agencies. |
| Zip Code | Full or partial zip code of the location in which the requested HECM counselors are employed by FHA-approved housing counseling agencies. |
Errors
If there is an error that needs to be corrected, the HECM Counselors page appears with an error message near the top of the page and a corresponding Error(s) Detected message near the bottom. These messages provide information about correcting the error.
