HECM Counseling Reports is used to get the monthly Housing Counseling Endorsed Cases (by Agency) - F17BIAA Report for HUD-approved housing counseling agencies that have provided Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) counseling for cases endorsed for FHA insurance within the reporting period. Reports can be viewed and printed in Portable Document Format (PDF) or downloaded in Microsoft® Excel format.
A housing counseling agency's FHA Connection Application Coordinator is authorized to get reports for the agency.
The Housing Counseling Endorsed Cases (by Agency) - F17BIAA Report includes all agencies affiliated with a parent housing counseling agency that exercises control over the quality and type of housing counseling rendered and for which a different Housing Counseling System (HCS) agency identification number was issued.
