Inspectors - Field Descriptions

The field descriptions for the Inspectors page are listed below in the order they appear on the page:

Field

Description

Sorted by

Specifies the order in which the list results display. Sort order is numerical, 0-99999, or alphabetical, A-Z.

Approval State

Authorizing state for which the list is requested.

ID Number

Four-character identifier issued to the inspector by HUD.

Last Name

Full or partial last name of the inspector(s) for which the list is requested.

City

Full or partial city name for which the list is requested.

Zip Code

Zip code for which the list is requested.

Status

FHA approval status of the inspectors for which the list is requested:

Active: FHA approval is in effect.

Terminated: FHA approval is not in effect.

Both: Active and Terminated

Errors

If there is an error that needs to be corrected, a Message field and a corresponding Error(s) Detected field appear on the Inspectors page. These fields provide information about correcting the error.
