The field descriptions for the Mortgage Credit Reject List page are provided below.

Field	Descriptions
FHA Case Number	Unique 10-digit identifier assigned to the mortgage by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA).
Address	House number, street name, city, state, and zip code of the property (including unit number, if applicable).
Select One	Radio button for selecting a borrower and viewing or updating detailed information.
Borrower	Last name, first name, and middle initial of the borrower.
Originator/Sponsor	FHA's unique 10-digit identifier for the FHA-approved lender that originated the mortgage. -or- FHA's unique 10-digit identifier for the FHA-approved lender acting as a sponsor or agent for the mortgage originator.
Reject Date	Date the borrower was rejected for the loan for credit reasons.
Do you wish to add a new borrower?	Indicator that a record is to be added for a borrower whose mortgage credit has been rejected for this case. (Only applicable if the case can be updated and the user is authorized.)
