Finding Letter Status

Latest post-endorsement technical review (PETR) action on the case .

•	Initial Letter Sent: Unacceptable Finding Letter was sent to the lender.
•	Under HOC Review: Response from the lender is under review by the HUD Homeownership Center (HOC).
•	Referred to QAD: Case was referred to the HOC Quality Assurance Division (QAD).
•	Closed: Response from the lender was satisfactory and PETR for the case is closed. -or-
